Laboratory

The company has its own laboratory for microbiological and chemical analysis, which ensures food health and safety parameters and ensures product quality according to approved methods and methods for all types of raw materials and finished products produced by the company.

In our laboratory, we perform 4 types of veterinary tests and 3-4 types of microbiological tests, including:

• Pre-testing analysis
• Livestock infectious diseases test / Bovine brucellosis test, Horse distemper test
• PH determination for meat freshness

In addition, when the products are exported, the examination results of the Mongolian veterinary hospital and sanitary center laboratory, border quarantine certificate and other accompanying documents are prepared and handed over to the buyer.
